Super Easy Jelly Doughnuts

Mini jam sandwiches coated in batter and deep fried until puffy and golden brown. You may use any jam you like, or try substituting butter and cinnamon sugar for variety. Either way, the ingredients are almost always on hand, and they reheat in the oven well, too. Couldn't be easier, and the kids will love them!

This is great for any meal, but is great for breakfast. The syrup from the apples is great on homemade waffles. You may add raisins to the sauce if you wish.

My daughter and I came up with this recipe and it is absolutely wonderful. Several of my children who typically don't care for granola, loved it. I've tried many granola recipes and this tops them all. Enjoy!
