Shepherd's Pie II

This is a savory pie with lots of sage, nutmeg and paprika to spice things up. This version of shepherd 's pie is multi-layered with mashed potatoes, peas, corn, ground beef and onion. It 's finished with another layer of mashed potatoes, along with some butter, paprika, salt and pepper. 

Chicken in Every Pot Pie

This hearty pie is baked in a 9x13-inch pan. Chicken and veggies are blended with cream of mushroom soup and chicken broth, topped with a biscuit crust, and then popped into the oven to bake until golden brown. 

Creamy Chicken Pasta

Take the chill off a winter day with this warm and comforting one dish meal. Morsels of poached chicken are blended with cream of mushroom soup and mozzarella cheese, then tossed with hot noodles and cooked peas or broccoli.

Twenty-Four Hour Salad

A layered green salad with green peas, celery, bell peppers, Cheddar cheese, and bacon sprinkled over all. For other variations, I have substituted or added some of my own favorite ingredients, such as: carrots, eggs, mushrooms, sprouts, and seeded cucumbers. 

New England Potato Soup

While on our honeymoon in New England, my husband and I walked into an old country store and were immediately swept off our feet by the aroma of soup that was cooking. We each ordered a bowl and found it to be absolutely delicious! We tried to persuade the cook to give us the recipe, but she said it was a secret. Upon returning home, I experimented until I came up with this recipe, which is very close.
