This is a very light yet amazingly tasty coleslaw. Instead of usual mayo this version uses Greek yogurt and the taste doesn't suffer in the least. Very refreshing.

'When the lady who made this tasty salad move, I contacted her to get the recipe,' Martha explains.' This is a very crunchy, very satisfying coleslaw with ramen noodles, cabbage, toasted almonds and sesame seeds. The dressing is vinegar and oil with lots of herbs and a tad of sugar.
