INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)

  • 1/4 cup tarragon vinegar
  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 2 bunches green onions
  • 1 bunch fresh parsley
  • 2 (2 ounce) cans anchovy filets
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 cups mayonnaise

DIRECTIONS

  1. Puree vinegars, onions, parsley, anchovies, garlic, salt, and lemon juice in a blender until well combined. Blend in mayonnaise and serve.
