This recipe is delicious! But I did, however, change it up just a little bit to suit what I had available. I used regular mustard rather than Dijon, and I ADDED a teaspoon of pimentos. I also decreased the amount of onion.
Thanks for sharing this recipe with us, it will be PERFECT for summer cook-outs.
Oh by the way, I like the fact it only calls for a tablespoon of mayo unlike most the other recipes on this site. As much as I LOVE mayo, more than a tablespoon is not necessary.
I made this recipe again tonight (4th of July) but this time I added 3 small boiled potatos (cubed), and a tiny amount of black olives. Again, we loved it.
This recipe is a great springboard to other ideas. Thanks again.
