It 's hard to say whether the incredibly tasty dressing or the fabulous salad fixings are the star of this recipe. The sour cream/mayonnaise dressing has mustard, honey and rosemary. The salad has golden raisins, pine nuts, red onion rings, lots of chicken and two kinds of fresh greens. It 's a toss up.

What a great salad. Chopped breast meat is deep fried until golden and crispy and then combined with the other salad ingredients - rice, bell peppers and onions - and slathered with an incredible bacon-honey mustard - vinegar dressing.
