2 cups fresh broccoli florets
1 cup shredded carrot
1/2 cup sunflower kernels
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup coleslaw dressing

I tried this recipe with and without the dried cranberries. It turned out, I liked it better with out them- that's just me though. Instead, I used bell pepper and everyone loved the salad! Thanks :) :)

This was a very good side salad for a recent party. It tasted even better the next day. I would recommend making this dish the day before you plan on serving it. I made this with fresh broccoli florets, but I will definitely chop them into smaller pieces next time.
