INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)

  • 1/2 medium head cabbage, chopped
  • 2 carrots, shredded
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots, green onion and mayonnaise. Salt and pepper to taste, toss and serve.
