This easy-to make recipe is very inexpensive. I made it for my boyfriend's family and his mother is Filipino! They loved it! You can really mix in a lot of different ingredients to spice it up or make it your own. Try different Ramen noodle flavors.

Tofu cubes are marinated in soy sauce, maple syrup, ketchup, vinegar, and seasonings, and then baked in the oven. The tofu can be used as a hot or cold snack or as a salad topping.

This tofu recipe is completely gorgeous. Tofu is soaked in vegetable broth, then breaded with flour, sage, and cayenne, and deep fried. Serve with a relish or a dip of some sort (I love this with plain yogurt mixed with eggplant brinjal).

Slices of tofu and onion are cooked in vegetable oil until golden. Barbeque sauce is poured in the pan and everything simmers away for about ten minutes. Serve on warmed buns.

Firm tofu is seared, then simmered with Chinese black vinegar and soy sauce to create an authentic Taiwanese side dish my vegetarian mother prepares. Tastes great with rice and other vegetables. Note: This is not a saucy dish.

This is a quick and easy way to make a well balanced, delicious meal. Broccoli, red bell pepper and mushrooms are sauteed with tofu in a savory peanut sauce. Serve over your favorite rice. 

Tofu Mayo

Silken tofu, vinegar, salt, mustard and sugar blended into a creamy spread that you can use just as you use mayonnaise. Substitute lemon juice for the vinegar, if you prefer. 

Teriyaki Tofu with Pineapple

For best results freeze tofu for at least 24 hours in advance. The tofu and pineapple are marinated, for at least an hour, in teriyaki sauce and then baked.
