curry paste
Available in East Indian and Asian markets and the gourmet section of some supermarkets, curry paste is a blend of
GHEE (clarified butter),
CURRY POWDER, vinegar and other seasonings. It's used in lieu of
CURRY POWDER for many curried dishes.
