Spicy Chicken Corn Skillet

Reviewed on Oct. 12, 2008 by Sheri S.
This was pretty good and not too spicy. I sauted the chicken in olive oil and minced garlic and used creamy four cheese rice (instead of regular rice). Also, I put the can of stewed tomatoes in the food processor rather than cutting them up. Overall, this was a pretty easy recipe to assemble.

Taylor's Piroshki

Reviewed on Oct. 8, 2008 by JESSICASRECIPES
I had a little trouble with my dough but I think it was because the yeast was old. I had to throw out the first batch and start over. The Piroshki I finished turned out great! I was trying to immitate my husband's grandma's recipe and came close. I will be taking these to his parents and brother and sister to try. I know they are not exactly like Grandma's but they will like them. Thank you so much for the recipe!

Bride's Peach Pie

Reviewed on Oct. 8, 2008 by JESSICASRECIPES
this was great! I made it exactly as shown and it turned out wonderful. Instead of making one big pie I made 4 mini pies.
