About me:
 I grew up in a family that didn't cook so well. As my late Granny would say, "if it's ain't burnt it ain't done." However, my Grandmother on my Dad's side was a good cook who used every pot in the kitchen to create her masterpieces. My interest in cooking started when I was about 22, and was asked to make the dressing for Thanksgiving dinner. I was hooked! From that point I've enjoyed cooking meals and baking desserts for my family and friends.

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

By far the best chocolate chip cookie recipe I have found! I always look for one to top my past, but I'm not looking any longer- This is the one! I've made this recipe three times already, all three times it came out perfect. I make all my cookies in the food processor- makes it fast and easy. I added 1/2 cup pecans this past time, turned out very well. I get a lot of compliments on this cookie. Very professional!
