About me:
I really HATE cooking. But I like eating. I am an OK cook. But since I hate cooking I tend to make bland and tastless food. I am trying to spend more time cooking. I am hoping if I get better at it I might like it more.

A great hit with the holiday crowd. Looks festive, and tastes delicious. The fruits blend well together. I recommend using cherry preserves.

Fantastic! This fudge was a big hit for the holidays around my house. Everyone was pleased that the Irish Cream didn't cook out :-D.

Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese

Reviewed on Dec. 26, 2008 by UrbanBeachBum
I doubled this for Christmas. I added 2 eggs and 1/2 cup milk to the cheese mixture. Got rave reviews and will be making again and again. I really does taste like cafeteria mac and cheese. (A fond childhood memory).
