I bake because I like baking and also because I am taking Home Economics and we get at-home cooking assignments. I love baking- my mother was always baking when I was younger and she always had me and my sister help. I've baked fudge, muffins, cookies, cakes, and other desserts. I actually cannot remember me baking something that wasn't a confection. I really love sweets and, more specifically, chocolate.
