About me:
I am a twenty-something college graduate who enjoys art, music, books and the great outdoors. I am a strict vegetarian. That means no gelatin, no poultry, and no fish. People who claim to be vegetarian but still eat fish annoy me. Anything with eyeballs is an animal, and therefore meat. Come up with a different term for your food restrictions, please.

Banana Sour Cream Bread

I love Banana Bread and this recipe sounds really good. I tried SaraLady19 hint using the crumb topping on 2 loaves, wish me luck I'm sure it will come out fine. If this doesn't come out good I'll repost telling of my failure, if not complete success!

Cinnamon Bread Delight

What a great recipe!!!! Although I did alter recipe a bit. I did not have pudding mix so I used a half can of pumpkin and I added extra cinnamon. It was awesome!!! Super moist and perfect for fall!!!

Juicy Roasted Chicken

Reviewed on Nov. 3, 2008 by RitaMaria
I bought a whole chicken because they were on sale-usually I end up naming them and they live in my freezer until I have to trash them. I tried this recipe because of the short list of ingredients and it was amazing!! If you want to make a simple meal into something special this is the one. I had to cook the chicken for 1 hr.and 50 min to hit the proper temperature (my bird was a little bigger.) If you use a meat thermometer, this wont be a problem.
