Slow Cooker Chicken Alfredo

Reviewed on Nov. 1, 2008 by Mississippi
WOW! This was so good! I'm usually not a fan of any alfredo pasta, but my husband and sons love it so I gave it a try. It came out great! I followed the recipe to a tee but the only problem was that it took longer to cook than the recipe indicated. I turned the crockpot to high after the first 1 1/2 hrs and let it cook at least 1 1/2 hrs longer. The chicken was tender and the sauce was fantastic. Thank you for such an easy and delicious dinner.

Easiest Slow Cooker French Dip

Reviewed on Nov. 1, 2008 by Mississippi
This recipe was so good and so easy. I used a beef brisket (that's what I had in the freezer) and the only thing I changed was that I added a can of beef broth instead of the water. Then I lightly buttered the rolls and placed them under the broiler until lightly browned, layered on the cheese and beef and gave everyone a small bowl of au jus. Just delicious! This will be on my Super Bowl Party menu.

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff I

Reviewed on May 28, 2008 by Mississippi
I loved this recipe! It's so easy and oh so good. I did double the soup and water but not the worchestershire sauce or cream cheese. I added about half a cup of sour cream also at the end. I served it over egg noodles with a salad. Can't wait to make it again.
