Mini Sour Cream Biscuits

Reviewed on Sep. 21, 2008 by makeiteasy4me
I give these a 3 star with potential. If you want a plain, simple biscuit, then make these. They weren't bad, I was just hoping for more flavor and thought the sour cream would have done "something." I will make these again but I'll add some garlic powder or Italian seasoning or cheese or something to perk them up.

Zucchini Brownies

Reviewed on Aug. 16, 2008 by Beth B.
Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by this recipe. I'm not a huge fan of zucchini, and my husband loves zucchini bars/bread. He suggested that I make a zucchini bar to use up our zucchini. I like this as a brownie, but he only thinks it's a 3 as a zucchini bar, because you can't taste the zucchini. Of course, that's why I liked it! I followed the recipe, excepted substituting chocolate chips for the nuts.

Creamed Cucumber Slices

Reviewed on Aug. 6, 2008 by Sherry O
Only used 1/2 cup mayo. Also added dried dill, doubled the vinegar & sugar. To make it even creamier: after slicing the cucumber, sprinkle with about a 1/4 tsp salt, stir & let sit for about an hour. Then drain the juices off before mixing w/ the dressing.
