Wake-Up Casserole

Reviewed on Nov. 23, 2008 by LUXURY010
This was good. We used tater tots as others recommended and liked it alot. You definitely have to brown the hash browns or tater tots first so the casserole is not soggy. We subbed sausage for ham because we had it on hand.

Broccoli Rice Casserole

Reviewed on Nov. 23, 2008 by LUXURY010
Good! I have a similar recipe to this that I think might be easier. I cooked the broccoli and mixed it with (1) 8 oz. jar of cheese whiz and a 1/4 pkg. of shredded cheddar cheese. I then mixed one can of cream of potato soup with the cooked rice and then mixed both batches together. Placed in casserole dish and topped with additional cheddar and baked. I also added french fried onions on top for the last 10 minutes of baking because these are a must for casseroles in my opinion!

Baked Pesto Chicken

Reviewed on Nov. 23, 2008 by LUXURY010
The taste was good. The chicken was incredibly moist! Family liked it. I am only giving 4 stars because visually it is unappealing. It was green chicken.
