Juiciest Hamburgers Ever

This is good. I actually like a more meaty taste, so I think I would lessen the bread crumbs, next time. I only did 1lb of meat. It would make a good meatball.

Garlic Angel Hair Pasta

Reviewed on Nov. 19, 2008 by Cheesecakemama
This is great. I put in more cloves than it called for also. I did fix it up and left in pan as I went to pick up the kid. The flavors melded together, well. I would recommend leaving the garlic cloves in as you mix the butter and parm cheese. Thanks!!

Chewy Caramel

Reviewed on Nov. 12, 2008 by Cheesecakemama
I make this recipe every year for Christmas. Its in the Red and White Better Homes cookbook. The only difference is that mine calls for 1 tsp of vanilla and you cook till "firm" ball. You really need make sure you cook till firm ball and you need to cook slowly, lots of stirring. My Caramels are always a hit and expected at the holidays.
