Best No-Bake Cheesecake

Reviewed on Aug. 20, 2008 by EILISH40
Excellent no bake recipe and so easy. For those who seem to have trouble getting their cream to whip here is a suggestion: make sure that your bowl is grease free and that it is cold and also the beaters. I think trying to make this in humid weather may be a problem. I also know there are stabilizers you can buy for whipping cream so you could check them out. Thanks again for a super recipe.

Jordan Marsh Style Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed on Aug. 19, 2008 by EILISH40
I have no idea who Jordan Marsh is so therefore am not famiiar with the muffins. This is an very good basic blueberry muffin. The reason for a 4 rating is the use of shortening which does not give them enough flavor so opt for butter. Also I add some grated lemon rind, but that is a personal taste because we happen to be lemon lovers.

Mexican Bean Burgers

Reviewed on Aug. 18, 2008 by Poldweia
I think I added too much salsa all at once as this was very wet. But that said, the taste was lovely. I will make this again, but follow the advice of a previous reviewer and add the salsa a bit at a time.
