Honduras

Named for the deep Caribbean waters to its north, Honduras is home to colorful indigenous culture and ancient Mayan ruins. Corn tortillas and beans are the cornerstone of Honduran meals. Baleadas are a burrito-like creation of beans and cheese wrapped in soft tortillas; they are a staple item in the daily diet. Another tortilla-based creation is the pupusa. This thick, stuffed tortilla contains a filling of beans, cheese, meat, or vegetables; it is then pan fried until browned on both sides. Pupusas, along with many other dishes, are served with curtido, a vinegar dressed, shredded cabbage salad. Beans and tortillas team up once again to create anafres, a fondue-like dish of refried beans sprinkled with grated salty cheese, served in an earthenware crock accompanied by freshly fried tortilla strips.

Chocolate Frosting I

Despite using powered sugar it still felt granulated. It was kind of runny and I followed the recipe exactly. Will not use in the future.

Blue Cheese Dressing

Absolutely delicioso! This is the best blue cheese dressing I have ever had. My husband doesn't like blue cheese and he gave it 5 stars. You can taste all the ingredients. Thank you!
