Sloppy Joe Sandwiches

Reviewed on Oct. 5, 2008 by Sean Eckman-Dempster
This is pretty good, but it needed some kick to it. Instead of ketchup, I used a good hot salsa, a good Dijon mustard, added two cloves of fresh minced garlic, left out the onion powder and salt (since the salsa had onions and enough salt already). Once that was all completed, there were no left overs after that. Very quick and easy to make, if you are just to tired to slave in the kitchen. I doubled the recipe, as the original just wasn't enough to feed a whole family.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

The best blueberry muffin recipe that I could find. I did omit the sugar crust, the muffins work just find on there own.

Creamy Split Pea Soup

Reviewed on Oct. 5, 2008 by Sean Eckman-Dempster
The best that I have ever made, which was the very first time. Very easy and full of flavour. My husband loved it so much, the left over batch that I placed in the freezer, was gone in the morning. So much for left overs. Serve this with some garlic bread and you have a meal!!
