Pineapple Upside-Down Cake VII

My Husband could not stop talking about this cake. I would suggest cutting down on the brown sugar cause it was very sweet. I used pineapple cake and baked mine for about an hour at 375F. Don't know if using a silicone bakeware had anything to do with it. Anyway, I made a whole 9in round cake and two mini ones with my stoneware.

White Cake Frosting I

I was looking for frosting for my cupcakes and I followed the recipe exactly. However I ended up with really thin icing and it tasted too much like powdered sugar.
